Summer 2013: After many, many years of being on the season ticket waiting list, both my wife and I have floated to the top. Had to turn around the applications in 48 hours. Imagine how I feel. It’s a lifetime’s ambition. The disabilities I have been lumbered with recently will make it difficult for me to get to the matches but I’m determined to find a way if I get the chance… season ticket has appeared in my account on the Spurs official website! Front row, Lower West Stand. It’s below my nephew’s seat in the upper tier, with the prospect of reviving our family match days of 20 years ago. Never thought I’d see the day.
